Shipping & Returns

Return Policy – International
 

In regards to exchange or return; if for any reason you are no longer satisfied with your purchase, we offer either exchange or refund on your unused product, within 7 days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned unused and returns that do not meet policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

You can use any shipping method you prefer to mail your BOYY bag back to us but we strongly recommend getting a tracking number and/or insurance to ensure that we receive your package safely, as we are not liable for items not received at our return facility.

After inspection of your return, we will fully reimburse your order, however, original taxes and duties are non-refundable.

Please contact a member of our team at client.services@boyybag.com for further instructions before returning your item.

All BOYY products carry a one-year warranty on all manufacturing defects. Please contact claims@boyybag.com for instructions on returns and/or repairs.

 Please include the below information:

  1. Images of your claim item.
  2. Your order number#
  3. A copy of your invoice

We will instruct the best measurement for the return.

Return & Exchange Policy - BOYY Boutiques and Stores
 

Our BOYY Boutiques and Stores accept exchanges and return with the following conditions:

  1. Keep all your receipt(s), Sales Slip(s), Full tax refund paper(s) and refund card.
  2. To return or exchange must be made within 14 days (or 7 days because online use 7 days) from the date of purchase
  3. The claimed or exchanged item must be in the same condition at time of purchase.
  4. To return or exchange must be done at the branch of purchase only.
  5. Method of payment for returning or exchanging the items and products shall be the same as on date of purchase. However, there might be some changes during the promotional campaigns of the stores.

Domestic Shipping in Thailand

All orders subject to free shipping and are shipped via EMS Service.  We do require customer’s signature when customer receive the order.  

To estimate the total delivery time of your purchase. Please allow us 2-3 days for your order to be dispatched. For standard shipping, please allow 1-2 business days (excluding custom clearance) for your order to arrive.

International Shipping

All international orders subject to free shipping and are shipped via DHL and UPS service depending on your location and only the import tax and customs duties have been added according to your point of destination. We do require customer’s signature when customer receive the order.  

 Please be advised do not ship the order to RUSSIA because of the regulations of the country.
